Job Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Developer with hands-on experience in marketing automation and data-driven campaign execution. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in SFMC tools, scripting, and querying, along with good communication abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Work with Data Extensions (SFDE) to manage and structure campaign data.
- Develop and maintain Cloud Pages, email templates, and landing pages.
- Write and optimize queries using SOQL and SOSL for data retrieval.
- Implement dynamic content and personalization using AMPscript and SSJS (Server-Side JavaScript).
- Perform data segmentation and audience targeting using SQL (basic level).
- Integrate SFMC with external systems using APIs (REST/SOAP) where required.
- Troubleshoot campaign issues and ensure smooth execution.
- Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and technical teams.

Mandatory Skills

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
- Strong knowledge of SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language) and SOSL (Salesforce Object Search Language)
- Proficiency in AMPscript and SSJS (Server-Side JavaScript)
- Experience with Salesforce Data Extensions (SFDE)
- Ability to create and manage Cloud Pages




- Basic SQL skills for querying and segmentation
- Good understanding of data handling and campaign workflows

Nice to Have Skills

- Knowledge of HTML for email and landing page customization
- Understanding of Data Warehousing concepts
- Experience with REST or SOAP APIs
- Strong SQL skills (advanced querying, optimization)

Educational Qualification

- B.Sc IT or equivalent degree with solid programming and technical fundamentals

Location & Work Mode: HCE, Kurla office

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
