Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules with clients and candidates
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with candidates until successful joining
- Achieve monthly hiring targets
- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
Requirements
- 6 months to 3 years of recruitment experience (Consultancy preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms
- Ability to work in a target-driven workplace
- Basic MS Excel and computer knowledge
