The Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused qualified to build and manage our government business pipeline, targeting 1020 Cr in annual revenue through strategic tenders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Tender Identification Tracking
- Monitor and identify relevant government opportunities
Build a strong tender pipeline 2. Bid Management
- Manage end-to-end bid submissions
- Coordinate with internal teams for inputs
3. Documentation Compliance
- Ensure complete and compliant documentation
Maintain high-quality submission standards 4. Internal Coordination
- Align with sales, solutioning, and finance teams
- Ensure timely submission of bids
- 5. Database Management
- Maintain tender records and documentation
- Track bid outcomes and learnings

- What Were Looking For
- 5-8 years of experience in tendering bid management
- Strong knowledge of RFP processes
- Experience in government project bidding
- Familiarity with GeM portal and e-procurement systems
