We are looking for confident, ambitious and result-oriented professionals to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should be excellent at communication, comfortable speaking with clients in English and Hindi, and motivated by targets and commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate current leads through calling, referrals, networking, market research and other channels.
- Contact, qualify and follow up with prospective buyers and investors.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties and investment opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects and existing clients.
- Arrange and coordinate client meetings and property visits.
- Build and maintain a strong personal and company client network.
- Convert leads into meetings, site visits and successful transactions.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to convert online enquiries.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements:

- 2-5 years of experience in sales, real estate, financial services,



or business development.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong convincing, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Confident and comfortable with calling and meeting new clients.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Good knowledge of real estate and property investment in Faridabad and NCR is preferred.
- Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp and basic CRM tools.
