We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable HRM Faculty to deliver engaging and industry-relevant training in Human Resource Management. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to developing students' knowledge and qualified skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver interactive classroom sessions on Human Resource Management concepts and practices.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Train students in core HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, HRMS, employee relations, performance management, and Indian labour laws.
- Evaluate student performance and provide academic guidance and mentoring.
- Support placement initiatives through career guidance, interview preparation, and employability training.
- Maintain student records and ensure the timely completion of the curriculum.




- Stay updated with current HR trends and incorporate industry best practices into training sessions.

Qualifications

- MBA in Human Resource Management, Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM), or an equivalent postgraduate qualification.
- Relevant teaching or corporate HR experience is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and contemporary HR practices.

Experience

- Fresh graduates with excellent academic credentials and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0-1 years of teaching or corporate HR experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
