Data Management and Accuracy

- Accurately input Customer information into the CRM system to maintain up-to-date records.
- Regularly review and update Customer data to ensure reliability and relevance.
- Utilize Customer data to personalize interactions and enhance service delivery.

Relationship Development

- Build robust, trust-based relationships with Customers through consistent and meaningful interactions.




- Engage in regular follow-ups to maintain Customer interest and loyalty.
- Encourage repeat business and referrals by providing exceptional service and support.

Market Analysis and Adaptation

- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Suggest sales strategies based on market insights to maintain a competitive edge. Feedback Utilization
- Analyze feedback to identify common themes and areas for improvement.
- Suggest changes based on feedback to enhance Customer satisfaction and sales effectiveness.
