Key Responsibilities:

Design Development

- Assist in developing architectural designs for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare conceptual layouts and detailed design drawings.

Technical Drafting

- Create accurate 2D architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop detailed plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.

Construction Documentation

- Prepare complete construction drawing sets, including:
- Floor plans
- Elevations
- Sections
- Working drawings
- Joinery and finish details
- Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and ready for site execution.

Project Coordination

- Coordinate with Architects, RCC Consultants, MEP Consultants, Site Engineers, and the Execution Team.
- Resolve technical queries during the construction phase.
- Update drawings based on site conditions and consultant feedback.

Quality Control

- Ensure all drawings comply with applicable building regulations, project specifications, and company standards.
- Maintain accuracy in dimensions, annotations, and technical details.

Requirements:

Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural drafting and design.

Education





- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills

- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
- Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or 3ds Max is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, structural systems, and material specifications.

Skills:

- Excellent attention to detail and drafting accuracy.
