- Manage and maintain relationships with existing lenders, while establishing and onboarding relationships with new lending institutions/Banks.
- Coordinate end-to-end debt syndication activities, including preparation of credit appraisal notes, Information Memoranda, sanction term sheets, request letters, and other related documentation.
- Compile, analyze, and provide all information, financial data, and supporting documents required by lenders for evaluation and sanction of debt facilities.
- Monitor and ensure timely compliance with all covenants, reporting requirements, and periodic obligations under existing financing arrangements.




- Manage the drawdown process and facilitate initial as well as subsequent disbursements under sanctioned funding facilities.
- Track developments in the debt and financing markets and provide regular updates on market trends, lender appetite, pricing, and financing opportunities.
- Prepare management presentations, lender presentations, board materials, and other strategic communication documents.
- Demonstrate robust proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, including basic financial modeling, data analysis, and presentation preparation.
- Ensure adherence to all pre-disbursement and post-disbursement conditions and compliance requirements stipulated under financing sanction letters and loan agreements.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
