Job Description for Accounts Manager Position

Looking for Chartered Accountant having experience of 5 to 10 yrs in the manufacturing sector.

Key responsibilities:

1) Lead structure monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting with robust focus on accuracy and governance.

2) Reviews monthly/quarterly business results and evaluates Profit & Loss a/c, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement, using strong analytical judgement.

3) Ensure smooth and on time completion of Statutory audit, Tax audit and proactively support internal audit reviews.

4) Ensure timely completion of Transfer Pricing audit.

5) Finalisation of GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C within the due date.

6) Preparing of the annual budgets and reviewing the variances on monthly / quarterly basis and presenting the same to the management of the company.

7) Prepares financial inputs and documentation required for quarterly board meetings and secretarial compliances.

Having experience in filing monthly GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and Input Service Distributor returns.

9) Experience in handling Income Tax and GST Scrutiny work by the respective departments.

10) Supervises vendor payable processes, ageing analysis, payment control mechanisms to safeguard financial integrity.

11) Enhances process efficiency by creating or updating SOPs aligned with the organisational needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
