About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to understand client requirements and provide suitable real estate solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion of prospects into customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Handle client queries and provide professional guidance throughout the sales process.




- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems.
- Achieve individual sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Experience in Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, or Customer Relationship Management will be preferred.
