About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to manage the day-to-day coordination between parents, tutors, and internal teams. This role is central to ensuring smooth operations, efficient communication, and an excellent experience for both students and tutors at Tutrain.

Key Responsibilities:

* Parent & Tutor Support: Handle queries and resolve issues promptly.

* Class Scheduling: Coordinate and manage tutor-student class schedules.

* Database Management: Maintain tutor availability, student requirements, and class records.

* Onboarding: Ensure smooth onboarding of tutors and students.

* Operations Monitoring: Track daily operations and resolve scheduling/logistical issues.

* Quality Assurance: Collect feedback from parents and tutors regularly.

* Student Progress Tracking: Monitor student performance and flag concerns.

* Tutor Guidance: Support tutors on company standards and processes.

* Team Coordination: Work closely with sales and academic teams.

* Reporting: Prepare weekly reports on operations, classes, and feedback.





* Process Improvement: Identify challenges and recommend operational improvements.

* Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and standards.

Key Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Education, or related field.

* 1–3 years of experience in operations, coordination, or client servicing (EdTech/Education preferred).

* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

* Excellent communication skills (English + Hindi/regional language).

* Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM or scheduling tools is a plus.

* Problem-solving mindset with an ability to work under pressure.
