Key Responsibilities

- Develop real-time firmware for cyclic input-processing → logic-execution → output-update loops
- Implement a rule/logic execution engine capable of running user-defined control logic
- Develop low-level drivers for digital/analog I/O, timers, counters, and memory handling
- Implement communication protocol stacks (Modbus RTU/TCP, Ethernet-based industrial protocols, or similar)
- Implement bootloader and firmware update mechanisms
- Optimize for deterministic timing and long-term reliability in continuous operation
- Implement diagnostics, fault detection, and watchdog/recovery mechanisms
- Maintain firmware documentation and version history

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Embedded C/C++ programming for embedded systems development.
- Hands-on experience with RTOS and bare-metal real-time firmware development.
- Solid understanding of deterministic and cyclic execution models for real-time control systems.
- Experience implementing industrial communication protocols at the firmware level.
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining bootloaders, including firmware update and version management mechanisms.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills using JTAG/SWD debuggers, logic analyzers, and oscilloscopes.




- In-depth knowledge of microcontroller architecture and on-chip peripherals.
- Experience working with ADC, PWM, Timers, Interrupts, DMA, GPIO, UART, SPI, I2C, and CAN peripherals.
- Good understanding of industrial automation systems and embedded communication protocols.
- Familiarity with Git version control and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including code reviews and collaborative development

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, Instrumentation, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.
- 2–3 years of relevant embedded software development experience.

Preferred Skills

- Python scripting is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Linux embedded systems.
- Experience with CI/CD and unit testing.
- Understanding of MISRA C coding guidelines.
