Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Head to lead the marketing and lead generation activities for a leading machinery manufacturing company. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B marketing, digital campaigns, and brand management with a proven track record of generating qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and achieve monthly lead generation targets.
- Manage and optimize the company website for lead generation.
- Plan and execute Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital marketing campaigns.
- Handle IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and other B2B marketing platforms.
- Develop and maintain product catalogues, brochures, and marketing materials.




- Plan and coordinate exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning across all marketing channels.
- Track campaign performance and submit monthly qualified lead generation reports.

Required Skills

- Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the machinery manufacturing industry.
- Robust knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, SEO/SEM, and lead generation.
- Hands-on experience with IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and similar B2B platforms.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Ability to develop and execute result-oriented marketing strategies.
