We are seeking a passionate and motivated Telugu-speaking MSW Fresher to join our team as a Community Coordinator. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating community development initiatives, fieldwork, and stakeholder engagement in assigned areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support implementation of community outreach and welfare programs.
- Communicate effectively with local community members in Telugu
- Conduct field visits, awareness campaigns, and beneficiary follow-ups.
- Coordinate with local authorities, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and data collection.
- Facilitate meetings, training sessions, and workshops at the field level.
Skills Required:
- Fluency in Telugu (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel and work in rural and semi-urban areas.
- Valuable coordination and reporting abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel).
