We are looking for an experienced Purchase Executive with a strong background in the construction industry to manage the procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent negotiation skills, vendor management experience, and the ability to ensure timely procurement while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.

Construction industry experience is mandatory. Candidates without relevant construction procurement experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Procure construction materials, equipment, and services as per project requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
- Obtain and compare quotations to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and monitor the procurement process.
- Coordinate with project, site, stores, and finance teams for material planning.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
- Maintain vendor database and develop robust supplier relationships.
- Verify material quality, specifications, and compliance with project requirements.




- Track inventory levels and coordinate with stores to avoid shortages.
- Prepare procurement reports and maintain purchase records.
- Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and procedures.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering is an added advantage).
- Minimum 3–5 years of purchase/procurement experience in the construction industry (Mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, vendors, and procurement processes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Purchase Management Software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple procurement requirements.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
