Operations Manager - Architectural Construction

We are seeking a seasoned Operation Manager with 10 to 15 years of experience in architectural construction to oversee our operations and drive strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in architectural projects and construction management, demonstrating a proven track record in successfully managing teams, projects, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership:

Lead and manage all aspects of the company’s operations, including project management, budgeting, and resource allocation specific to architectural projects.

Ensure the efficient execution of construction plans and timelines, adhering to industry standards.

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals, with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency in architectural and construction practices.

Analyze project data to inform strategic decisions and improve performance metrics.

Compliance and Quality Control:

Ensure strict compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control processes throughout all construction phases.

Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain high-quality standards.

Team Development:

Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration among architects, engineers, and construction staff.

Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of team members to build a high-performing workforce capable of delivering architectural excellence.

Client and Stakeholder Engagement:

Maintain robust relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Manage client expectations and deliver exceptional service, addressing any issues promptly.

Market Analysis and Growth Opportunities:





Monitor industry trends and developments in architectural construction to identify new opportunities for business growth and innovation.

Leverage insights to inform project planning and resource allocation.

Qualifications

Educational Background: MBA or B-Tech, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience: 10-15 years of relevant experience in architectural construction management, including hands-on experience with diverse types of projects (residential, commercial, institutional, etc.).

Leadership Skills: Proven experience in a leadership role with strong organizational and decision-making skills, particularly in managing large-scale construction projects.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively, with a focus on architectural design and construction timelines.

Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting processes, and cost control specific to construction projects.

Technical Proficiency: Proficient in project management software and tools relevant to architectural and construction management (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera, MS Project).
