- We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will
- be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for both IT and Non-IT positions. This
- role requires strong communication skills, a passion for talent acquisition, and the ability to work in a
- fast-paced environment.
- Key Responsibilities
- * Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT and Non-IT roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
- * Identify suitable candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and
- networking.
- * Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job postings.
- * Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
- * Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- * Negotiate job offers and assist in finalizing hiring decisions.




- Required Skills & Qualifications
- * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- * Proven experience as an HR Recruiter (IT & Non-IT recruiting preferred).
- * Solid understanding of recruitment tools and platforms.
- * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- * Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
- * Knowledge of current hiring trends and best practices.
- Preferred Skills
- * Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- * Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
