About the Company

Tecfuge Business Solutions LLP is a technology-driven company specializing in ERP solutions, marketplace management services, and skilled training programs. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage our accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, and provide financial insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure timely processing of payroll, reimbursements, and vendor payments.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts.
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances within deadlines.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities during audits and assessments.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Reconcile bank accounts and monitor financial transactions.
- Assist management with financial planning, budgeting, and cost analysis.
- Identify process improvements and implement internal financial controls.
- Supervise and guide junior accounting staff.
- Support management with financial analysis and business decision-making.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance,



or Accounting.
- CA Inter, CMA, M.Com, or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, payroll processing, and statutory compliance.
- Experience with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, Odoo ERP, or similar ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
