Key Responsibilities

Mechanical Maintenance

- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical breakdowns to minimize downtime.
- Monitor equipment performance and implement reliability improvement initiatives.
- Develop maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution.

Equipment & Plant Operations

- Oversee maintenance of pumps, compressors, gearboxes, conveyors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, HVAC equipment, boilers (where applicable), and other mechanical assets.
- Ensure machinery operates efficiently and safely.
- Conduct periodic inspections and condition monitoring of equipment.

Projects & Installation

- Manage installation, commissioning, and testing of current machinery and mechanical systems.
- Review engineering drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors during project execution.
- Ensure projects are completed within approved timelines and budgets.

Safety & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with all mechanical safety standards and statutory regulations.




- Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Implement safe work practices, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- Support fire safety and emergency preparedness initiatives.

Cost & Resource Management

- Optimize maintenance costs through effective planning and preventive maintenance.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement.
- Recommend equipment upgrades to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain maintenance records, equipment history, and technical documentation.
- Prepare reports on equipment performance, downtime, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Update maintenance manuals and SOPs.

Vendor & Team Management

- Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance and service contracts.
- Supervise technicians and contractors during maintenance and project activities.
- Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to maintenance staff.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
