Key Responsibilities

- Understand business requirements and translate them into analytical and data engineering solutions.
- Collect, clean, and process structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
- Build, train, and evaluate predictive and prescriptive models using statistical and ML techniques.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines for batch and real-time processing.
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize models in production using MLOps practices.
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver measurable business impact.

Must-Have Requirements

- 2–6 years of experience in data science, analytics, or data engineering roles.




- Strong proficiency in Python with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, and SQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker).
- Hands-on experience in building and deploying ML models to production.
- Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and data visualization.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) or workflow orchestration (Airflow, Prefect).
- Knowledge of NLP, time-series forecasting, or recommendation systems.
- Familiarity with FastAPI/Flask, streaming data (Kafka/PubSub), or data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
- Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and security practices.
