Full job description:

We are seeking a talented and Hardworking Sales Manager to join us in interior and construction firm, in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and target potential clients within the Interiors and Architecture.
- Good Contacts with Architects, Interior Designer or Real Estate Companies is Must.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Build & maintain network of Architects for generating Leads & Business.
- Build & maintain network of Interior Designers & PMC for the same.
- Build & maintain strong relations with Builders & Developers for generating more Business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Robust coordination with Designer & Execution team.
- Timely monitoring of ongoing projects.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.




- Track and report on sales metrics and performance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven track record of successful sales.
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in a sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge & Contacts in "Commercial Construtional Projects" would be a plus
