- Assess patient health status and develop individualized care plans
- Monitor vital signs and observe changes in patient condition
- Administer medications, injections, and IV therapies as prescribed
- Provide wound care, catheter care, and other clinical procedures
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, feeding, mobility support)
- Manage chronic illnesses (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, stroke recovery)
- Educate patients and family members on care routines and medications
- Maintain accurate records of patient care and progress
- Respond to emergencies and provide first aid or life support

Qualifications
