- Assess developmental milestones and identify delays in children
- Design and implement individualized therapy and intervention plans
- Conduct sessions to enhance:
- Fine and gross motor skills
- Cognitive and problem -solving abilities
- Social, communication, and adaptive skills
- Use evidence -based therapy techniques for conditions such as:
- Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Cerebral palsy
- Down Syndrome
- Developmental Delay
- Monitor and record progress for each child
- Work closely with parents, caregivers, and teachers to support home and school programs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including OTs, SLPs, psychologists, and special educators
- Maintain accurate session notes, reports, and developmental assessments
- Participate in parent counseling, workshops, and training sessions
Requirements
- Knowledge of child development and early intervention principles
- Ability to develop individualized developmental programs
- Patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent observation, assessment, and documentation skills
- Ability to work with children, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
