Act as single point of contact for client and internal team for the assigned TIS deployment projects
• Co-ordinate with TPA vendor and NCR internal team for project execution.
• Co-ordinate with TPA vendors to ensure timely delivery and installation of their equipment.
• Tracking progress of deployment and ensure deployment is done within agreed TAT.
• Prepare project trackers and share with internal/external stakeholders involved.
• Developing economical vendors to support project delivery with Quality & TAT.
• Developing and managing PERT Charts for day to day site monitoring
• Developing best practices to ensure timely project delivery with quality
• Preparing project sites estimates for time and material cost, quality check, timely delivery of projects & billing.
