finance, architects, and service owners to ensure alignment between asset data, configuration models, and real-world environments. n * Automation u0026 AI Enablement: Identify and leverage automation, AI insights, and ServiceNow capabilities to streamline asset and configuration workflows and enhance data reliability. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and discovery tools; ServiceNow certifications are a plus. n * Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivots, data analysis) is highly beneficial for daily operational work.n * Solid understanding of ITIL framework; ITIL4 certification preferred.
