Job Title: School Co-ordinator

Location: Rupnagar, Punjab

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic School Co-ordinator to oversee the academic and administrative operations of our school in Rupnagar, Punjab. The ideal candidate will be responsible for curriculum planning, teacher supervision, student performance tracking, and ensuring the smooth execution of school policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and monitor academic activities across all classes.

- Supervise and support teachers to ensure high-quality instruction.

- Conduct regular meetings with faculty and staff to ensure curriculum implementation.

- Prepare academic timetables, exam schedules, and activity calendars.

- Ensure proper communication between management, staff, students, and parents.

- Monitor student performance and implement academic improvement strategies.

- Organize school events, PTMs, workshops, and training sessions.





- Ensure compliance with CBSE/State Board guidelines (as applicable).

- Handle grievances and disciplinary issues efficiently and professionally.

- Maintain and update academic records, reports, and administrative data.

Requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education or a relevant field.

- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification is mandatory.

- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience; at least 2 years in a coordinator or leadership role.

- Robust leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and basic school ERP systems.

- Fluency in English and Hindi/Punjabi (preferred).

- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Preferred Candidate:

- Residing in or willing to relocate to Rupnagar or nearby areas.

- Experienced in CBSE/ICSE curriculum framework.

- Passionate about academic excellence and child development.
