Responsibilities



- Design and develop AI copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio

- Build conversational flows, topics, and generative AI responses

- Integrate copilots with services like Power Automate and Power Apps

- Connect copilots to enterprise data sources (SharePoint, Dataverse,
APIs)

- Implement authentication and security best practices

- Monitor bot performance and continuously improve responses

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements

- Debug and troubleshoot conversational logic and integrations

- Solid experience with Microsoft Power Platform

- Hands -on with Microsoft Copilot Studio

- Knowledge of REST APIs and connectors





- Experience with Microsoft Dataverse

- Familiarity with JavaScript or C#

- Understanding of AI concepts (NLP, LLMs, prompt design)


Requirements

Preferred
Qualifications


- Experience with Azure OpenAI Service

- 2 -4 years of experience in Power Platform / chatbot / AI
development

- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services

- Certifications in Power Platform (PL -900, PL -200, PL -400)

- Experience building enterprise chatbots or virtual assistants
