- Conduct community outreach and health awareness activities.
- Assist in organizing health camps and screening programs.
- Collect basic health data (BP, weight, temperature, etc.).
- Support immunization and preventive health initiatives.
- Educate community members on hygiene, nutrition, and disease prevention.
- Identify and refer patients to appropriate healthcare facilities.
- Maintain records of community visits and health activities.
- Coordinate with local health workers, NGOs, and healthcare providers.
- Follow infection control and safety protocols.
- Prepare field reports and submit regular updates to supervisors.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of primary healthcare services and preventive care
- 0–2 years of experience in community health, public health, or related programs
- Experience working in NGO,
healthcare projects, or field -based health initiatives (Preferred)
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct health awareness sessions and community outreach
- Basic health screening skills (BP, weight, temperature, etc.)
- Ability to collect, record, and report community health data accurately
- Ability to work independently and in a team in field settings
- Empathy, patience, and a community -focused approach
- Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
- Physical stamina to travel and work in rural or urban community settings
- Proficiency in basic MS Office or digital tools for reporting (Preferred)
