Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive, highly organized individual who wants real ownership and leadership experience inside a growing creative agency. You’ll work directly with the founder, coordinate projects, manage operations, support business growth, and ensure smooth execution across teams.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate between the founder and internal teams
Track project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines
Manage client communications and meeting follow-ups
Assist with proposals, presentations, and pitch decks
Conduct market and competitor research
Support branding,



social media, and growth initiatives
Improve workflows and help maintain operational efficiency
Take ownership of projects from planning to execution
