Key Responsibilities
Architect, design, and develop scalable backend systems using
Java
and
Spring Boot
.
Lead the development of complex, high-traffic, and low-latency applications.
Apply in-depth knowledge of
data structures
and
algorithms
to solve real-world engineering challenges.
Design and build
microservices-based
solutions, ensuring maintainability and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive architectural decisions and technical strategy.
Leverage
AWS
cloud services to deploy and manage scalable infrastructure.
Mentor and guide junior developers,



contributing to a high-performing engineering culture.
Troubleshoot, analyze, and optimize application performance and scalability.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years
of hands-on experience in backend development using
Core Java
.
Expertise in
Spring Boot
, microservices architecture, and RESTful API design.
Strong understanding of
distributed systems
,
system design
, and software architecture principles.
Prior experience working on
high-throughput
,
low-latency
platforms is highly preferred.
Proficiency with
AWS
services and cloud-native architectures.
