Responsibilities
Proficiency in Corporate Law, including experience with legal frameworks and regulations.
Solid skills in Legal Document Preparation and analysis of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess legal situations and develop constructive solutions.
Excellent Communication skills for client interactions and legal argumentation.
Ability to proactively address and resolve Legal Issues effectively.
Relevant experience in Corporate M&A;, Venture Capital, Banking & Finance, or Dispute Resolution is highly desirable.
LLB degree from a recognized university; additional certifications in Corporate Law are a plus.
Robust organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
