Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and other menu items according to company recipes and quality standards.
Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process payments efficiently.
Recommend beverages, food items, and seasonal specials to enhance the customer experience.
Ensure consistency in beverage preparation, presentation, and taste.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, seating area, and workspaces.
Monitor inventory levels and inform the supervisor about stock requirements.
Receive, store, and rotate inventory following food safety standards.
Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, POS systems, and other café equipment safely.
Follow food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash handling, cleaning, and equipment maintenance.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift and carry up to 15 kg.
Comfortable working in a busy café setting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
