Roles and Responsibilities:
Hands-on experience in operating and maintaining milk processing systems such as evaporators, dryers, pasteurizers, separators, bactofuges, and utility units like boilers, compressors, refrigeration, and filtration systems.
Proficient in preventive and predictive maintenance, RCA, CAPA, and performance metrics like MTBF and MTTR, supported by advanced monitoring tools to ensure plant uptime and reliability.
Experienced in developing maintenance budgets, improving energy efficiency, and implementing cost-saving initiatives while achieving productivity and OEE targets.
Robust capability to lead teams of 100+, identify training needs, conduct performance appraisals, and foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Applies analytical thinking to enhance maintenance and energy management systems, with exposure to AI/ML-based applications and Energy Management Systems (EMS).
Experienced in managing projects and coordinating with government and regulatory bodies like MSEB, boiler and electrical inspectors, and local authorities to ensure operational compliance.
