Vendor Management




Drive end to end life-cycle of recruiting translators for different languages to meet the needs of ongoing and future projects.
Find and screen freelance translators- check their CVs and experience, conduct tests to check their skills, complete onboarding.
Resource Development and Resource Management.
Work closely with Project Managers and Project Leaders in dealing with any vendor issues.
Maintain vendor database (contact information, key notes etc).
Manage and maintain assessments for potential vendors.
Manage vendor quality system, including running and distributing quarterly reports
