Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Relationship Manager to drive home loan sales through a solid DSA network, support loan conversions, and ensure smooth customer servicing throughout the loan journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve home loan sales targets through DSAs
- Identify, onboard, and manage new DSAs
- Generate leads and convert them into home loan business
- Guide DSAs on sales pitch and closing techniques
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a smooth loan experience
- Support DSAs with documentation and complete application processing
- Coordinate with processing and credit teams for timely approvals and disbursements
- Track sales performance, DSA productivity, and business progress
- Stay updated on market trends,
competitor products, and opportunities
- Maintain CRM records and ensure compliance with policies
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Finance / Sales / Marketing preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in home loan sales or financial product sales
- Prior DSA management experience is an advantage
Skills Required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Good negotiation and deal-closing ability
- Knowledge of home loan products, interest rates, and market trends
- Familiarity with MS Office, CRM tools, and loan processing software
