- B.Com / M.Com Graduate
- Knowledge of Tally Software.
- Basic knowledge of Windows Operating systems / Android Phone
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel Or Google Docs & Sheets.
- Knowledge of Internet, Gmail, Contact, Calendars, Chat & Meet.
- Typing Hands is an added advantage.
- Valuable Business Correspondence & Communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS.
- Preferably staying in central mumbai (kalyan to ghatkopar)

Job description





The job involves maintaining financial accounts by doing data entries in tally, preparing Vouchers, Invoices, Passing Bank & Cash Entries, Doing Bank Reconciliation, Stock Reconciliation, entries in Patty Cash, Prepare Salary from bio matric attendance sheets, Prepare Quotation in tally, Prepare Purchase Order in tally, Pass require JVs, doing various followups on phone and email, doing Business Correspondence with customer, suppliers, Auditors, consultants and bank on email or whatsapp, attend compliance and statutory requirement as per the monthly calendar.
