Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.




- Lead efforts to identify root causes of complex system issues and implement effective resolutions.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall expertise and performance.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot software issues within manufacturing execution systems.
- Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level software applications in manufacturing environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver timely solutions.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively document and convey technical information.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
