We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive with 6 to 12 months of experience to join our finance team. You will be responsible for supporting the accounting department by managing daily transactions, maintaining ledgers, and assisting with financial reporting.
Location - Ambala
Salary - 20,000 to 22,000 Per Month
Working Time - 9:30 AM to 6 PM
B.Com
Knowledge of : Billing, General Accounting, Tally, E-invoice, Challan etc.
Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping: Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals accurately.
Invoicing & Billing: Generate and issue invoices to clients and track outstanding payments.
Expense Management: Process employee expense reports, verify receipts,



and issue reimbursements.
Account Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and vendor ledgers to resolve discrepancies.
Accounts Payable/Receivable: Assist in processing vendor payments and following up on client accounts to ensure timely collections.
Tax Compliance: Assist in the preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances (as applicable).
