Industry Experience

- Prior experience in Fish Feed marketing is preferred.
- Candidates from aquaculture, animal feed, poultry feed, shrimp feed, or other related industries are also considered.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

The candidate should be able to:

- Lead and manage the marketing and sales team.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
- Prepare sales plans and monitor target achievement.
- Design and implement customer incentive/sales promotion schemes.
- Drive business development and expand market presence.
- Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers.

Location Preference

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned market is essential.

Preferred Market Exposure

Candidates having an existing network or experience in the following markets will be preferred:

- Moyna
- Haroa
- Other nearby fish farming/aquaculture markets.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
