Job Title: Sr Executive- Placements.

Role Overview: Manage alumni engagement and student placement activities to support career growth and institutional connections.

Key Responsibilities

Alumni Engagement

- Update alumni database (projects, film credits, contact info)
- Activate and manage alumni groups (Telegram, Discord, Univariety)
- Recruit alumni mentors; organize mock interviews and panels
- Coordinate workshops and alumni events

Student Support

- Assist with resumes, LinkedIn, offer/internship letters
- Schedule interviews, mock sessions, feedback, grooming
- Collaborate with student placement committee
- Gather student testimonials and recruiter profiles

External Partnerships

- Liaise with departments and external clients to source internships/jobs




- Maintain client’s database; drive paid internship opportunities via social media
- Attend conferences, network with industry partners
- Manage actor portfolio outreach

Reporting & Documentation

- Prepare daily/weekly MIS (releases, placements, internships)
- Maintain documentation (resumes, contracts, attendance, testimonials)

✅ Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 to 5 years in alumni relations, placements of students..
- Excellent communication and organizational.

Office Time: 10:30 am to 6:30 pm
