Experience: 1–3 Years (Industrial Construction/Contracting Industry MUST)
Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Location: Pune
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and submission of technical and commercial tenders for civil and industrial construction projects.
- Study tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and specifications to understand project requirements.
- Prepare quantity take-offs, basic cost estimates, and rate analysis under the guidance of senior team members.
- Float enquiries to vendors and subcontractors and collect quotations.
- Prepare comparative statements and assist in techno-commercial evaluations.
- Coordinate with internal departments for technical inputs, project data, and required documentation.
- Support the preparation of tender documents, bid submissions, and compliance checklists.
- Maintain records of tender submissions, quotations, BOQs, correspondence, and project documentation.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits whenever required.
- Assist in preparing project handover documents for the execution team after award of the contract.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tender activities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

- MS Excel (Mandatory)

- MS Word & PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of MS Project or Primavera will be an added advantage.
