Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies
- Manage platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
- Plan and oversee content calendars, campaigns, and launches
- Drive organic growth, engagement, and brand visibility
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly
- Stay updated with trends, algorithms, and platform updates
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and video editors
- Manage audience interaction (comments, DMs, community building)

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in social media management
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends
- Excellent communication and content planning skills




- Proven track record of growing social media accounts
- Experience with analytics tools and performance tracking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in influencer marketing or creator ecosystem
- Basic knowledge of paid ads and performance marketing
- Creative thinking with solid storytelling ability
