Le Villagio Resort & Domes is looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations of the resort.

Key Responsibilities

● Operate, monitor, and maintain the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP).

● Ensure proper functioning and cleanliness of the swimming pool, including water quality checks and basic pool equipment maintenance.

● Perform routine electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repair works.

● Handle plumbing maintenance, including leak repairs, pipe fittings, water supply issues, and drainage works.

● Attend maintenance complaints from guest rooms, villas, domes, common areas, and service areas.

● Conduct regular inspections of pumps, motors, lighting, switches, panels, water tanks, pipelines, and other utility systems.

● Maintain maintenance logs and report major repair requirements to the management.

● Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and resort procedures.





● Coordinate with external vendors and contractors when required.

Requirements

● Minimum 2–5 years of experience in resort, hotel, apartment, or building maintenance.

● Practical knowledge of STP operations and swimming pool maintenance.

● Experience in electrical troubleshooting and plumbing repairs.

● Ability to work independently and respond quickly to maintenance issues.

● Basic understanding of safety practices and preventive maintenance.

● Willingness to stay at the resort premises if accommodation is provided.
