Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our showroom sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, supervising staff, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Assist customers in selecting furniture based on their needs and budget.
- Monitor showroom operations and maintain attractive product displays.
- Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
- Train, coach, and evaluate sales staff performance.
- Manage inventory coordination and work closely with the warehouse team.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze performance to identify growth opportunities.




- Ensure high standards of customer service and showroom presentation.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 2–5 years of experience in furniture, retail, or showroom sales management.
- Solid leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage a team effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/POS systems).
- Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
