Job Description: E-commerce Content Executive

Position Overview:

We are looking for a meticulous and creative E-commerce Content Executive to manage all

listings and content operations for Mosaic Wellness across 3 brands- Man Matters, Be

Bodywise and Little Joys on Amazon. This role involves owning every aspect of listing quality —

from product titles, descriptions, pricing, and images to ratings and content accuracy —

ensuring our brand stands out on Amazon.

What You’ll Do (Aka Your Superpowers)

Master Amazon End-to-End: Take charge of our Amazon Seller Central and Vendor

Central operations. From catalogue management to A+ content, you’ll run the show like

a pro.

- Data Wizardry: Analyse Amazon sales trends, Brand Analytics, Search Query

Performance, and consumer behaviour reports. If Excel sheets and Seller Central

dashboards excite you, we already like you.

- Trend Spotter: Stay ahead by keeping tabs on Amazon algorithm updates, competitor

listings, pricing shifts, and customer preferences.

- Problem-Solver Extraordinaire: Handle Amazon escalations, listing suppressions, and





operational hiccups with the flair of a magician pulling a rabbit out of a hat.

What You Bring to the Table (Besides Snacks)

- 1 to 3 years of experience in e-commerce, ideally managing the Amazon marketplace for

D2C brands.

- Proven expertise in Amazon catalogue management, pricing strategies, A+ content, and

marketplace algorithms.

- Basic understanding of Amazon algorithms.
- Experience with Amazon PPC and Seller Central / Vendor Central.
- Analytical mindset with a love for turning data into actionable insights.
- A go-getter attitude with a knack for multi-tasking and meeting deadlines.
- Bonus: Experience in health, beauty, or wellness categories on Amazon.
