We are looking for a agile and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to manage client interactions, maintain strong relationships, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and inquiries
Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients
Provide accurate information about company products and services
Follow up with clients regarding queries, feedback, and payments
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
Maintain customer records and update databases regularly
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Eligibility Criteria:
Good communication skills (English, Hindi/Telugu preferred)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, etc.)
Customer handling or telecalling experience is preferred
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
Salary:
₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)
