About the Role:

Own the full employee lifecycle for a growing manufacturing and export organisation serving customers in 100+ countries. A single-owner HR role spanning hiring, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and workplace culture.

Competencies Knowledge (what they must know):

- Indian labour law fundamentals: PF, ESI, gratuity, Shops & Establishments, contract labour basics
- Payroll structure and inputs: attendance, leave, salary components, reimbursements, F&F; settlements
- Recruitment lifecycle across junior to mid-level manufacturing and office roles
- HR documentation: offer letters, contracts, policy manuals, disciplinary records

Skills (what they must do):

- Run end-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding
- Manage exits cleanly: resignations, terminations, exit interviews, settlements
- Process monthly payroll inputs in coordination with accounts, error-free and on time
- Plan and host in-house cultural events, festivals, and engagement activities
- Maintain HRMS data, employee records,



and compliance registers audit-ready
- Handle grievances and disciplinary processes with documentation discipline
- Coordinate appraisal cycles and performance reviews
- Work fluently in Excel and HRMS tools; communicate confidently in English and Hindi

Qualifications

- Graduate; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
- 3 years generalist HR experience, ideally in manufacturing, exports, or SME environments
