While not all creatives will be a work of art, there is enough and more scope to bring in a different perspective in each one. So, if you’re the kind of person who finds your imagination running away with you in tow or you often find yourself laughing out loud at your slightly quirky mental jokes, you’d fit right in with us. What you would need:

- The ability to translate those quirky ideas of yours into effective design including print, digital, web, identity, and more
- Solid understanding of designs, concepts, and layout principles
- The ability to understand the psychology of a brand and its assets
- Strong aesthetic sense and cultural contexts (something that works well in Europe may not work well in the Middle East!)
- Creative ability to manage projects from start to finish
- A minimum of 2-3 years of work experience (and a portfolio that reflects it).
- Being a wizard with Photoshop and Illustrator; HTML coding and proto typing a plus.
- The ability to remain somewhat unfazed during deadline dramas
