Key Responsibilities:

1. Portfolio Management:

Assist in the development and implementation of reporting strategies.

Monitor and manage asset portfolios to meet the company’s objectives and risk profile.

Analyze and provide recommendations for asset acquisition, disposition, or reallocation.

2. Asset Valuation and Risk Management:

Perform regular assessments and valuations of assets to ensure they are accurately accounted for.

Evaluate and assess risk factors associated with different asset classes.

Develop risk mitigation strategies and implement asset management policies.

3. Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare and present detailed reports on asset performance, including risk level and compliance with regulations.

Track asset performance, identify trends, and recommend changes to improve performance.

Analyze asset data to ensure effective decision-making in asset allocation.

4. Asset Optimization:

Monitor the performance of physical assets, ensuring they are used efficiently.





Work on asset life-cycle management including acquisition, and disposal.

Recommend and implement strategies to optimize the returns.

5. Compliance and Regulatory Oversight:

Ensure assets comply with legal updates in the records.

Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and market trends to ensure assets are managed in accordance with relevant laws and standards.

6. Collaboration & Coordination:

Work closely with other teams (finance, operations, legal) to coordinate asset-related projects.

Assist in the development of long-term strategies to enhance the asset management framework.

Provide recommendations and insights to senior management on portfolio adjustments.

7. Technology and Systems:

Utilize asset management software and tools to track, manage, and report on asset performance.

Maintain up-to-date records of asset transactions and valuations.
