Success Scholar is looking for a proactive and energetic Operations & Telecalling Executive to manage student inquiries, follow up with leads, coordinate daily operations, and support the admissions process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for helping students achieve their career goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, and referrals.
- Explain course offerings, internship programs, and training services.
- Convert inquiries into enrollments and achieve monthly admission targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and student interactions.
- Coordinate with the operations team for batch scheduling, documentation, and student onboarding.
- Support daily administrative and operational activities.
- Ensure a positive experience for students throughout the enrollment process.
Requirements
- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduate preferred.
- Valuable communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Prior experience in telecalling, counseling, sales, or customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹7,000 per month
- Performance Incentive: Up to ₹5,000 per month based on sales closures and target achievement
- Total Earning Potential: ₹12,000 per month
